Q: How quickly will my Wash+Dry Mats be shipped?

Orders are shipped within 48-72 hours from LaGrange, GA. You will receive a tracking number via email once your package has shipped. If you experience a prolonged delay, please contact mats@studio67mats.com. We thank you for your patience.

Q: How do you launder Wash+Dry Mats?

Regularly washing and drying your mats will increase the lifespan of the product and will help with the mat’s long-term performance of trapping dirt, dust and moisture. We recommend washing your mat prior to first use as this will allow the fabric to soften and become plusher.

• Machine wash on warm or hot using one tablespoon of detergent per mat or one wash pod.
• Do not use bleach.
• Balance washing machine with more than one mat, or with an equally sized item.
• Select water level setting that allows for ample coverage during wash cycle. Do not exceed the maximum load limit for your washing machine.
• Tumble dry on medium heat for a few minutes as mats will dry quickly. You may also air dry flat.
• Ensure the mat and floor are both completely dry before placing mat back down. 
• Added tip: be sure to pick up mat when mopping floors (do not mop around the mat) and that floor is completely dry before placing mat back.

Q: Do you manufacture Wash+Dry Mats?

Yes. Studio 67 is a member of the Kleen-Tex family, a family-owned international mat manufacturing company headquartered in Georgia since 1967. Products may be sourced from any one of our company-owned facilities and shipped from LaGrange, GA.

 Q: Do Wash+Dry Mats work at any doorway?

Yes. Thanks to the >0.25″ low profile they’re thin enough for most doors to easily clear the surface of the mat and not bunch or impede a smooth door opening. The low profile is also vacuum friendly.

Q: Can Wash+Dry Mats be used outside?

Yes. If used outside, place in a covered area such as a porch or foyer. If mat become wet, send through a wash+dry cycle, or hang to dry. Place dry mat back onto dry flooring. 

Q: Do you make other standard sizes of Studio 67 Wash+Dry Mats?

No. All mats are sized to go into standard home washers and dryers. However, we do custom sizes for an added charge and lead time. 

Q: What it your cancellation policy?

To cancel an order contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a full refund. If the order has shipped, you will be responsible for return shipping costs to our warehouse location.

Q: What is your return and refund policy?

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied, please return the product within 30 days and we will refund your purchase price. (Return shipping not included.)

Q: What is your warranty?

Wash+Dry Mats are backed by a 5-year warranty for defects in workmanship. If you have a defective product please contact Customer Service at 888-701-6767 or mats@studio67mats.com.
