SHIPPING METHOD

We ship in-stock items within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and national holidays. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email notification containing your order details and tracking information. Please allow 3-7 business days for domestic delivery. 

Mats are shipped in order received. If the item is ordered and happens to be out of stock, customer service will contact you to choose to cancel your order for a full refund, substitute for a different design, or remain on back order until the item is restocked.

Shipping Method

Items are shipped UPS Ground for home or business delivery.

If items need to be delivered to a P.O. Box, call 888-701-6767 prior to ordering for assistance. 

When shipping to Canada we use DHL or FedEx. Extra charges may apply. If you live outside the US or Canada, please contact mats@studio67mats.com for assistance.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled for a full refund if notice is received before the items have shipped. If your order has already been shipped, it is outside the cancellation window, and your order will be subject to our Returns Policy.

We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different design, color-way or size, return your unwanted item(s) within 30 days for a full refund and place a new order. (Original postage is non-refundable. Return postage responsibility of the buyer.) Items returned after 30 days will be assessed a 25% restocking fee.
