Satisfaction Guaranteed

Studio 67 offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the product within 30 days. Returns made after 30 days will be assessed a 25% restocking fee. Please copy and paste the Return Form at bottom of page and include with your return, keeping a copy for your records. Studio 67 will refund your purchase price upon receipt of the product. Return Postage is responsibility of the purchaser. Original postage is non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

We are sorry, but we cannot exchange your mat for another size or design. We will issue a full refund upon receipt of your product, but you will need to place a new order for the product you desire.

Manufacturers Warranty

Studio 67 products are backed by a 5-year warranty for defects in workmanship.

What is Covered:

• Cracking and peeling of rubber backing.
• Delamination of fabric from rubber backing.
• Excessive tuft loss.

 What is Not Covered:

• Normal wear, aging, or stains.
• Cuts, punctures, or burn marks.
• Pet damage such as scratching or chewing.
• Improper care or mechanical damage.
