WASH+DRY - SHIPPING METHOD
On-shelf items ship within 3 business days via UPS from Georgia. Orders that require production time will ship within 7 business days. Once your order ships you will receive an email notification containing order details and tracking information.
Mats are shipped in order received. If the item is ordered and happens to beout of stock, customer service will contact you to choose to cancel your order for a full refund, substitute for a different design, or remain on back order until the item is restocked.
Shipping Methods
- Items are shipped UPS Ground for home or business delivery.
- Please allow 3-7 business days for domestic delivery from ship date.
- If items need to be delivered to a P.O. Box we will ship using USPS.
- Currently, we do not ship to Canada.
Shipping Pricing
Free shipping is offered once customer spends $99 or more on products in our store. Customer must select Economy shipping in order to get the discount. Shipping fees are calculated at time of check-out and are sent to us by the courier. Shipping fees are non-negotiable.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled for a full refund if notice is received before the items have shipped. If your order has already been shipped, it is outside the cancellation window, and your order will be subject to our Returns Policy.
We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different design, color-way or size, return your unwanted item(s) within 30 days for a full refund and place a new order. Return postage responsibility of the buyer. Original postage is non-refundable. Items returned after 30 days will be assessed a 25% restocking fee.
